Instructions
- Bring the broth to a simmer in a large pot.
- Add minced garlic and soy sauce; cook for 2 minutes.
- Gently add dumplings to the broth and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the soft-boiled eggs: boil eggs for 6-7 minutes, then peel and halve.
- Divide fresh greens into bowls.
- Pour hot broth and dumplings over greens.
- Top each bowl with halved eggs, sliced scallions, and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot.
