- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2 cups bread stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberries, bread stuffing, onion, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush balls with olive oil for crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of garlic powder or a splash of orange zest.
- These can be cooked ahead and reheated in the oven before serving.
