- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 200g ramen noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen ramen noodles for the best texture.
- Adjust soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste for saltiness.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick if desired.
