Ingredients
Scale
- 8 soft dinner rolls or slider buns
- 6 slices of crispy bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped chives or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the slider buns in half and lightly butter the insides. Toast them in a skillet or oven until golden brown.
- Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then drain on paper towels. Chop into smaller pieces if desired.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour into a heated non-stick skillet with butter and scramble until cooked through.
- Layer a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bun, then add scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and another slice of cheese if desired. Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Place the assembled sliders in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until cheese melts thoroughly.
Notes
- For added flavor, toast the buns beforehand for a crisp texture.
- Feel free to customize with different cheeses or toppings like sautéed vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the microwave, oven, or air fryer for a freshly baked taste.
