Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil.

- Sprinkle shredded cheese and sliced onions on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced jalapenos or a sprinkle of smoked paprika. Use whole wheat flatbread for a healthier option.
