- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Return cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir to combine everything evenly. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
