  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk

  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the beef cubes. Transfer to slow cooker.
