Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 200g ground pork or chicken
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into small dumplings.
  2. Place chicken broth and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Gently add dumplings to boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float and are cooked through.
  4. Add bok choy and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in sesame oil and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced scallions.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought dumplings for convenience.
