- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 200g ground pork or chicken
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into small dumplings.
- Place chicken broth and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Gently add dumplings to boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float and are cooked through.
- Add bok choy and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in sesame oil and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced scallions.
Notes
- You can use store-bought dumplings for convenience.
- Add chili oil for a spicy kick.
