Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Add cooked noodles, toss well, and cook for 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil.
- Use pre-cooked chicken or leftover cooked chicken for quicker prep.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness according to taste.
