Instructions
- Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

- Lower heat to medium, add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds, spooning the garlic butter over the chops.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
