Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice with water until tender. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then fold into the cooked rice. Let it cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the seasoned rice evenly into a baking dish.
- Top the rice with cooked seafood and spread evenly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with spicy mayo. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with soy sauce and enjoy!
