- 1 large head of green cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, ground meat, sautéed onions, and spices.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each cabbage leaf, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Arrange rolls in a baking dish, cover with tomato sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until meat is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef for a leaner option.
- You can add chopped vegetables like carrots or bell peppers to the filling for extra flavor.
