Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and cumin, then spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, mix tahini and honey until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey glaze over the roasted cauliflower and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped herbs before serving.
