Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the cooked beef into small, flat patties and give them a quick smash as they cook for maximum crispiness.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, spread some shredded cheese, and top with a beef patty. Cover with another cheese layer if desired, then top with another tortilla.
- Heat a little olive oil in a skillet, and cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm garnished with fresh herbs or salsa.
