  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. While baking, heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
  6. Serve hot with pasta, bread, or as an appetizer garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan.
