- 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, steamed cauliflower, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional green onions if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute the cheddar cheese with mozzarella or Monterey Jack for variety.
