- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, sugar, and salt.
- Add cold butter and cut in with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cooked crab meat.
- Pour in milk and gently mix until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare lemon butter sauce by melting butter and stirring in lemon juice and zest.
- Drizzle warm biscuits with lemon butter sauce before serving.

- Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor.
- Can substitute with canned crab meat, drained.
- Serve warm with extra lemon butter on the side.
