Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and honey to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and place in a baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juicy texture.
