Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra tenderness, marinate the chicken in spices and olive oil for 30 minutes before cooking.
