Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped basil. Serve immediately for a romantic dinner experience.
