Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and glazed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken breasts for thighs, but thighs remain juicier and more flavorful.
- Be sure to baste the chicken with the sauce during baking for maximum flavor.
