- 1.5 pounds beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season beef bites with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef to the skillet and sear until browned on all sides.
- Transfer beef and garlic butter to the slow cooker.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture, stir well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until beef is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of beef broth or red wine during cooking. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.
