- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or garlic aioli
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried herbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a plate. Spread ranch dressing or garlic aioli over it. Spoon the cooked chicken onto the center. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese and garnish with parsley or cilantro if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on a preheated skillet or grill pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts. Optional: use an air fryer for crispiness.
