Instructions
- Place beef cubes in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender and flavors meld.
