- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add pumpkin puree, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes to let flavors blend.
- Serve over your favorite pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
