- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and stir to combine.
- Serve hot with shredded mozzarella and fresh basil garnished on top.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a different flavor. Use gluten-free pasta for gluten-free option.
