Instructions
- Brown the beef in a large pot over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, carrots, and celery; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, corn, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
