Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Stir in turmeric powder and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots and celery; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Mix in shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper; cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with cilantro and lemon wedges.
