Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, trimming excess if necessary, and seal edges.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
