Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and halved potatoes into the crockpot.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, olive oil, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for juicier results.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of chicken broth during cooking.
