Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and thyme until well blended.
- Press the mixture into a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese if desired.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
