- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sed sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook for another minute.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss well to combine and coat with sauce.
- Drizzle sesame oil and toss again.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots for extra nutrition.
- Adjust soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste for saltiness.
