Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked gnocchi and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
