Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce, then add pepperoni or vegetables on top.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, creating a log shape.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
