- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 large tortillas
- Chopped peanuts for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the peanut sauce.
- Toss shredded chicken with half of the peanut sauce to coat well.
- Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture.
- Add shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and cilantro on top.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Slice in half, garnish with chopped peanuts, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding sriracha or chili flakes.
- For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with tofu or tempeh.
