Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken chunks in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and charred slightly.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs.
