Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
