Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, egg, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
- Form into 16-20 equal-sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray the balls lightly with olive oil spray for a crispy exterior.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
