- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped cranberries, diced onion, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the balls with olive oil for a crispy exterior.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped fresh parsley or a splash of orange juice to the mix. These can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving.
