Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of high-protein beef cuts (sirloin or ribeye are ideal)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika (optional for extra flavor)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
Instructions
- Start by cutting the beef into bite-sized chunks, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika to enhance flavor.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear beef chunks for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- Place the beef in your Crock-Pot Family-Size Slow Cooker. Add minced garlic, butter, and seasonings.
- Set slow cooker to low and cook for 4-6 hours until beef is tender and infused with garlic butter. Stir occasionally.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot with sides.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the beef before slow cooking, but this step is optional for an even easier process.
- Use high-quality beef cuts for the best tenderness and flavor.
- Adjust seasonings and add herbs like thyme or rosemary for variations.
- These beef bites store well in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
