Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add garlic, chicken broth, and heavy cream over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the slow cooker.
- Add tortellini and Parmesan cheese, stirring gently.
- Cover and cook on high for another 15 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
