- 1 package of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (or homemade if preferred)
- 1 cup of fresh or canned peaches, diced (preferably ripe and juicy)
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for topping
- For the glaze (optional):
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk or cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Start by dicing the peaches; if using canned, drain well. Mix peaches with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Set aside to macerate.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll cinnamon roll dough onto a floured surface. Spread the peach mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border. Roll tightly into a log and seal the edges.
- Slice the rolled dough into 1 to 1.5-inch sections. Place upright in a greased baking dish, close but not overlapping. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
- Once baked, drizzle the cinnamon rolls with glaze. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts. Serve warm for the best peach cobbler flavor.

- Use fresh, canned, or frozen peaches; thaw and drain if frozen for optimal texture.
- For vegan or gluten-free versions, substitute respective ingredients such as vegan dough, plant-based butter, and gluten-free flour options.
