Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger; pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Optional: Remove chicken, turn crockpot to high, and add cornstarch mixed with water; cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve chicken topped with sesame seeds and green onions as desired.
