Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, water, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- For a thicker sauce, transfer the chicken with sauce to a saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and simmer until thickened.
- Serve chicken over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
