- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Mix beef broth, Worcestershire, and soy sauce; pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and add to the slow cooker.
- Increase heat to high and cook until the gravy thickens, about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.

- You can add chopped onions or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta for a complete meal.
