Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. Mix beef broth, Worcestershire, and soy sauce; pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and add to the slow cooker.
  6. Increase heat to high and cook until the gravy thickens, about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
