Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, raspberries, half of the sugar, and vanilla extract. Toss gently and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, remaining sugar, and baking powder. Pour in melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish, then sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruits.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with cream or ice cream.
