Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add sugar and melted butter; mix until well combined.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle baking soda, salt, and flour over the mixture; stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
