- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon over the hot tots, and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with sliced green onions and dollops of sour cream before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Feel free to add jalapenos or guacamole for extra flavor.
