- 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced steak or beef strips
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 low-carb large tortillas or lettuce wraps
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced onions and peppers until tender. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook steak slices until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix cooked beef with sautéed vegetables. Layer cheese over the beef mixture.
- Lay out tortillas or lettuce wraps, spoon beef mixture onto each, then roll tightly.
- Optional: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes for a crispier exterior.

- Feel free to add mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Use lettuce wraps for a lower-calorie option.
