- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook, stirring often, until caramelized, about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread caramelized onions evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and Parmesan on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley before serving.
